Submitting an application for recognition of your Italian citizenship is a wonderful way to honor your ancestors!
We offer a complete documentation preparation package so that your application can be prepared with little effort on your part.
The package fee includes:
· All time expended ordering your documentation and giving advice on the preparation of your documents.
· It includes the preparation of amendment applications to be sent to state vital records offices, if required, so that your documents are accepted by the consulate. If it is determined that a document needs to be amended, so that your citizenship application is successful (and legal assistance is required), then any legal or court fees are the client’s responsibility.
· All document and apostille fees.
· All English – Italian translations
· Advice on making a citizenship appointment at a consulate. The consulates insist that the applicant do this step. If you have a case that must be taken to court in Italy, we will provide contact information for the best attorneys and work with both of you to get the application perfect for the court of application.
· This includes periodic updates on the progress of your application, either by email or web-conferencing.
· Preparation of your citizenship portfolio, consulate application forms, and advice on attending your citizenship appointment.
FEES: $5,000
There is a $500 fee for each additional adult applicant. We encourage family groups to do this at the same time, as gathering the documents together is more cost effective overall.
Payment can be made in the following ways: 1) all upfront with a $500 discount; or 2) 1/2 upfront, then three equal monthly installments for the rest.
